Kate Borovko
I was involved in creativity when I was a child. My parents encouraged me by buying sets with colored pencils for drawing and I continued it till my finishing school.
Then I had a break.
When I moved in Calgary I felt that I deeply desire to draw and I began to refresh my skills at home. It was a new adventure for me inside of the world of colors and forms, lights and shadows, my understanding and soul. The painting works as if by magic. When you take a piece of paper and build a three-dimension world, it is magic. I’ve tried watercolor and pastel and understood that I am keen on pastels. I am extremely thankful to everyone artists who have shared their knowledge. I have been studying the fine art at different courses and workshops, online and articles, books and magazines.
